How much sleep do you REALLY need?
Question:
I have a demanding job and lifestyle, and often sleep gets sacrificed. I might get about 4-5 hours a night, which obviously is not ideal. What is the right number of hours? Are certain hours of the night more efficient than other times? If I fail to get enough sleep during the week, can I make up for it on the weekends?
