Here’s a great article that is short and sweet and to the point. Basically, just how does drinking alcohol affect your progress? If you are serious about getting ripped and lean like a bodybuilder, you might have to write it out of the nutrition for a while but if you just want to be lean and fit, moderation is the key.

It talks about beer and alcohol in general. Sometimes relating to the useless calories in beer that build up and destroy and weight loss efforts.

But since you mention 0 carb, 0 calorie and other alcohols, pay special attention to the couple of lines that speak directly to that.

    Can you please tell me how the next day after training Instead of feeling great I feel tired and weak I think it's my diet but can you tell me what I should be eating to gain muscle growth but reduce body fats and keep energy levels high so as to get through the day feeling good instead of feeling tired and lethargic.

    I do free weights and Cardiovascular exercises 3-4 nights a week
