    I from malaysia. Our routine food its a steamed rice & curry.. Straight to the point.. Actually i too skinny.. Im now 25 years old.. My weight just 50 kg.. Never changed since i was 20 years old.. So tired with this.. I trying to eat a lot.. But, couldnt.. Im hardworking person that can working without eating.. Most important as long i drink.. Could u tell me exactly how should i start my weight.. following by what.. n such things.. Please need your help.. Coz sometime i feeling so stressed with this.. & no self confidence..
