My name is Marc David and I’m the guy behind BodyBuildingSecretsLive.com and the @marc_david twitter account .

I’m a 39 year old all natural “recreational” bodybuilder. I’ve been at the fitness game since 16 and made just about every mistake there is to make except drugs. I spend my time sifting through the muscle-building myths, misconceptions and hype, so you dont have to. If you are concerned about health but not obsessed about it, I can help. I also provide you with an honest, sometimes in-your-face NoBull approach to building muscle and burning fat.

BodybuildingSecretsLive is a blog about … Natural Bodybuilding. Millions of people around the world have started blogs over the last few years, many of them are professional blogs but an increasing number are personal with people blogging their own journeys as they go along.
I started my fitness business to help educate people about proper nutrition and training. I distinguish myself from all the other ‘fitness gurus’ by being the Beginner’s Expert. Somebody you can come to without any prior knowledge of fitness or bodybuilding and get a simple education without a lot of hype and the need for a science degree. Somebody who would help guide you depending on your goals.
NoBull Bodybuilding is an attempt to reach average people and teach them the art of building muscle and to gain the look of a bodybuilder or fitness model without the supplements, drugs and competitive nature of the sport.
This blog covers everything from:
- basic nutrition for beginners
- to healthy breakfast options
- to current health news
- to cooking healthy meals
- to effects of alcohol on muscle building
- to treating sore muscles
- to how to gain weight
Reading it doesn’t guarantee you are the next Mr. Olympia or Ms. Fitness but it will hopefully help you to explore the world of bodybuilding and improve your health. And if your goal is to compete, this will be a good jumping board into more detailed topics and specific resources.
