No-Nonsense Muscle Building System: Video Review

September 26th, 2007

Today I received this e-mail from somebody who has seen Vince Delmonte’s “No-
Muscle Building System” but was skeptical to say the least.

I’ve been tempted to buy Vince’s program based on your recommendation but I think it’s going to be another one of those take my money and that’s it.

Can you show me anything about it? Maybe what I would really get, send me the names of the chapters? Anything at all would help make my decision easier.”

What a timely question! Today I received a book on how to do video demonstrations using this software package I bought a year ago and haven’t figured out.

Excuse the quality of the video but I felt the question was so good, I would risk embarrassing myself to show you what Vince Delmonte’s system entails.

Visit Vince’s website to see everything described in more detail, but here’s what the system includes in a nutshell:

* 201 page system (literally EVERYTHING you need to know)
* 29 week Beginner-Intermediate Workout
* 29 week Advanced Workout
* Upside Down Training (specialized workouts)
* Five 84 Day Healthy Calorie Meal Plans
* Three 84 Day Veggie Mass Meal Plans
* Three 84 Day Cheap Mass Meal Plans
* A Virtual Trainer (exercise database)
* The Supplement Files
* 24-7 Email Coach
* MP3’s of entire course

Vince’s No Nonsense Muscle Building course is the best information that balances science and real world experience.

Blazing Trails: Jack LaLanne

September 21st, 2007

How true it is and more true today with the Internet, mass e-mail, ClickBank books, and everybody jumping on the bandwagon of “I’ve got a solution for your weight loss problem.

The Founding Father of Fitness, Jack LaLanne Tells His Story

“Something else that worries me is the advertising on television today. It’s killing Americans, and we have to do something about it. Just watch TV for an hour and you’ll see people —especially athletes—selling their souls for
millions of dollars to endorse the very items making people fat and unhealthy—cakes, pies and soda pop.”

When Jack LaLanne opened the nation’s first health club in 1936, people thought he was nuts. When he went on the air 1951 with the nation’s first fitness television show, people thought it wouldn’t last. Today, at the ripe young age of 89, his TV show is still on the air, he is in better shape than most Americans and he is still going strong. In this exclusive WELCOA Interview, fitness pioneer Jack LaLanne talks with WELCOA President David Hunnicutt, PhD about LaLanne’s lifetime of fitness and what it’s going to take for Americans to get and stay healthy through their golden years.

For those of you with kids, pay special attention to Question 10. I think this sums it up.

First and foremost, parents should set a good and positive example for their children.

If you think they do, take a close look around you the next time you go out to eat. Trust me, if the adults were setting a good example, we’d not have such an epidemic in the United States.

For those of you NOT living in the, trust me, it’s going to be a world wide problem if you don’t already have some tips you tell us about or what you’ve seen in the world today.

For as cheap as free, you will download and read this Jack LaLanne interview and it will make an impression on you.

Since my mom sends jokes all the time, I’ve already sent her a copy of this as I feel my own parents need to be more active.

If they won’t listen to me, maybe they will listen to a 92 year old man, Jack LaLanne, who is still kicking butt!

P.S. - If you go to YouTube and just search for “Jack LaLanne” you find many snippets of his TV show.  Truly, a man ahead of his time.

The Cure for Obesity

September 19th, 2007

A little midday humor…

As I see it based on this study, the cure for obesity is quite simple.

We all need to go back 10 million years ago and start walking on all fours. Humans consume far less energy when walking upright.
