Today I received this e-mail from somebody who has seen Vince Delmonte’s “No-

Muscle Building System” but was skeptical to say the least.

“Marc,

How true it is and more true today with the Internet, mass e-mail, ClickBank books, and everybody jumping on the bandwagon of “I’ve got a solution for your weight loss problem.

millions of dollars to endorse the very items making people fat and unhealthy—cakes, pies and soda pop.”

When Jack LaLanne opened the nation’s first health club in 1936, people thought he was nuts. When he went on the air 1951 with the nation’s first fitness television show, people thought it wouldn’t last. Today, at the ripe young age of 89, his TV show is still on the air, he is in better shape than most Americans and he is still going strong. The Cure for Obesity

A little midday humor…

As I see it based on this study, the cure for obesity is quite simple.

We all need to go back 10 million years ago and start walking on all fours. Humans consume far less energy when walking upright.
